These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Discount24 ("the App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Discount24 lets you apply bulk price discounts to product collections in your Shopify store, on a schedule or manually, with automatic restoration of original prices. Features may change or be improved over time.

2. Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the discounts you configure, including the collections, amounts, and schedules you choose.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of prices and promotions shown to your customers.
• You should verify prices after activating or deactivating a discount, especially if products were modified while a discount was active.

3. Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the App.

5. Termination

You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time. Upon uninstall, your data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects any changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
